Afterschool
The Wesley United Methodist Church has an Afterschool Program. This program was started to give children a safe place to stay while parents work.
Our program serves the Rutland, Porter, and Heard district. Our hours are 3:15 to 6:00 pm. We are only open when Bibb County Schools are in session. Our registration fee is a non-refundable $25.00. The cost is $160.00 per month, August - May. Tuition is due on the first of the month. After the 5th we charge a $15.00 late fee. If your child is not picked up by 6:00 pm there is a $10.00 late charge.
We provide a snack, a place to do homework, and free time.
